Delivery & Return Policy

Bewoda International Agreement and arrangement made by E-Mail/WhatsApp with our representatives become legally valid only if approved in writing by us. Quotation & acceptance of orders are always without obligation. Deviations in the orders placed by the purchaser from our terms of delivery and payment shall not be binding for us if we have not expressed our consent in writing. We shall be permitted expressly and in all cases to correct eventual errors in offers and invoices at a later point in time.

Courier Services:

We always quote delivery charges in quotation providing the customer all best possible options of courier services, expected delivery time & cost so that our customer could calculate his overall order cost before he places the order to initiate & confirm the quotation.

Selection of courier service depends on many factors since every courier service has its different rates which are variable depending on destination, weight or dimension of the consignment. We as Bewoda International always guide and suggest the best service to our customers having best knowledge and experience of all services.

However some are basic rules to choose the courier service for any specific consignment has dependability, how quickly a customer wants his shipment, what is maximum budget he has since every courier service has varied rates for varied countries. If the rate per kg is comparatively less than other courier services means more days to wait for delivery and vice versa.

Cargo Services:

Air Cargo services are relatively cheaper than courier services if the consignment has considerable weight or volume i.e. 100kg and its rates are taken from Cargo companies depending upon availability of Airline services at that moment. However air cargo service is normally delivered to the nearest airport where customer could get release his shipment himself or by hiring an agent.

Likewise Sea Cargo services are most cheap services having 4-5 weeks port delivery time where the concerned customer could get release his consignment himself or hiring an agent.

Delivery of Goods:

We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.  All our delivery costs are calculated on total weight, this includes the weight of both the products and the packaging.

Returns Policy:

As we manufacture all items on specifically ordered for your choice so they can only be returned if faulty or delivered in error. For your protection, where you are returning an item to us, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.

Bewoda International, quality team checked each Item properly before packing, either we will accept returns and issue full credit on next order. We always welcome our customers, who got damage in shipping process. Please contact our customer service team via phone-call or e-mail to receive your return.

Defective, damaged or incorrect items:

If you received a damaged or defective item from us, or the wrong item was shipped to you, you will not be responsible for return shipping charges.

Note: All returns must be sent back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk. The contents of your order and your delivery postcode will determine which delivery services you will be offered.
